1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Find & Touch (探してタッチ), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the application, including players and visitors.

Find & Touch is a hidden object puzzle game available as a LINE LIFF (LINE Front-end Framework) application. The game challenges players to find hidden items within illustrated scenes within a time limit. Key features include:

Find & Touch (探してタッチ) is jointly operated as a collaboration between the following entities (collectively, the "Operators," "we," "us," or "our"):

• Kizuna Digital Solutions, Inc. (Philippines) — Development and technical operations
• Sistema Solusyon LLC (Japan) — Japan support and co-operations

• Multiple game levels with varying difficulty
• Score tracking and progress saving
• Life point system for gameplay sessions
• Optional emergency contact notification feature
• Multi-language support (Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese)

Anti-Social Forces (Japan)

Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not be, affiliated with organized crime groups or other anti-social forces. If a violation is discovered, the Operators may suspend or terminate access immediately without prior notice.

4. User Accounts and LINE Integration

3.1 LINE Account Requirement

To use Find & Touch, you must have a valid LINE account and agree to LINE's Terms of Service. Your LINE account credentials are managed by LINE Corporation, not by us.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LINE account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify LINE immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the application
• Sharing accounts or game progress manipulation
• Any form of cheating that affects game integrity

6. Life Points and Game Sessions

The game uses a life point system to manage gameplay sessions:

• Life points are consumed when starting a new game
• Life points regenerate over time automatically
• Additional life points may be obtained by watching advertisements
• Life point balances and regeneration rates may be adjusted at our discretion

7. Advertisements

Find & Touch displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By using our service, you agree to:

• View advertisements as part of the free gaming experience
• Not use ad-blocking software that interferes with our service
• Not click on advertisements fraudulently or excessively

8. Emergency Contact Feature

This feature allows you to designate contacts who may receive notifications about your gaming activity. By using this feature:

• You confirm you have permission from your designated contacts to add them
• You understand this is not a substitute for professional emergency services
• You acknowledge that notifications may be delayed or fail due to technical issues
• You accept responsibility for how you use this feature

9. Intellectual Property

All content in Find & Touch, including but not limited to graphics, images, animations, sounds, music, and game mechanics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any game content
• Use game assets for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

10. User Conduct

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to Find & Touch, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical issues or server problems
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• LINE platform availability

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find & Touch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or game progress
• Service interruptions
• Errors or inaccuracies in the service
• Any reliance on the emergency contact feature

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Find & Touch, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

3. サービスの説明

探してタッチは、LINE LIFF（LINE Front-end Framework）アプリケーションとして提供される隠しアイテムパズルゲームです。 制限時間内にイラストシーンの中から隠されたアイテムを見つけることに挑戦します。主な機能：

• 難易度が異なる複数のゲームレベル
• スコア追跡と進行状況の保存
• ゲームプレイセッション用のライフポイントシステム
• オプションの緊急連絡先通知機能
• 多言語サポート（日本語、英語、韓国語、中国語）

4. ユーザーアカウントとLINE連携

3.1 LINEアカウントの要件

探してタッチをご利用いただくには、有効なLINEアカウントが必要であり、LINEの利用規約に同意する必要があります。 LINEアカウントの認証情報は、当社ではなくLINE株式会社によって管理されています。

3.2 アカウントの責任

LINEアカウントのセキュリティを維持する責任はお客様にあります。 お客様のアカウントで発生するすべてのアクティビティはお客様の責任となります。 不正アクセスが疑われる場合は、直ちにLINEに通知してください。

5. ゲームルールとフェアプレイ

• 自動化ツール、ボット、スクリプトを使用したゲームプレイ
• 不当な優位性を得るためのバグやグリッチの悪用
• アプリケーションのハッキング、改変、リバースエンジニアリングの試み
• アカウントの共有やゲーム進行の不正操作
• ゲームの整合性に影響を与えるあらゆる形式の不正行為

6. ライフポイントとゲームセッション

ゲームではゲームプレイセッションを管理するためにライフポイントシステムを使用しています：

• 新しいゲームを開始するとライフポイントが消費されます
• ライフポイントは時間の経過とともに自動的に回復します
• 広告を視聴することで追加のライフポイントを獲得できる場合があります
• ライフポイントの残高と回復率は当社の裁量により調整される場合があります

7. 広告

探してタッチではGoogle AdSenseを通じて広告を表示しています。当サービスをご利用いただくことで、以下に同意したものとみなされます：

• 無料ゲーム体験の一部として広告を視聴すること
• 当サービスを妨害する広告ブロックソフトウェアを使用しないこと
• 不正または過度に広告をクリックしないこと

8. 緊急連絡先機能

探してタッチのすべてのコンテンツ（グラフィック、画像、アニメーション、サウンド、音楽、ゲームメカニクスを含むがこれに限定されない）は、 当社またはそのライセンサーが所有し、著作権およびその他の知的財産法によって保護されています。以下は禁止されています：

• ゲームコンテンツのコピー、改変、配布
• 商業目的でのゲームアセットの使用
• 当社のコンテンツに基づく派生作品の作成
• 著作権または所有権に関する通知の削除

10. ユーザーの行動

当サービスを使用する際、以下を行わないことに同意するものとします：

• 適用される法律や規制に違反すること
• 他者の権利を侵害すること
• 有害なコードやマルウェアを送信すること

11. サービスの可用性

• 技術的な問題またはサーバーの問題
• 当社の制御を超えた不可抗力
• LINEプラットフォームの可用性

12. 責任の制限

法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、探してタッチおよびその運営者は、サービスの使用から生じる 間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的な損害について責任を負いません。これには以下が含まれますが、これに限定されません：

13. 補償

サービスの使用またはこれらの規約への違反から生じる請求、損害、または費用について、 探してタッチ、その運営者、および関連会社を免責し、補償することに同意するものとします。

14. 規約の変更

当社は、いつでもこの利用規約を変更する権利を留保します。変更は掲載後すぐに有効になります。 変更後も継続してサービスを使用することで、変更された規約に同意したものとみなされます。 定期的にこれらの規約を確認することをお勧めします。

15. 終了

当社は、これらの規約に違反する、または他のユーザー、当社、または第三者に有害であると判断される行為について、 事前の通知なしに、いつでもサービスへのアクセスを終了または一時停止することができます。

16. 準拠法

この利用規約は、抵触法の規定に関係なく、日本の法律に準拠し、それに従って解釈されるものとします。
